Pay: $40.65 - $41.98 p/h + super

Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

You will need
* Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current VIC Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Holds a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one upon request
* Substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar role
