You will help us move away from outdated car industry clichés and drive toward becoming the most desired car retailer.
What will you be getting up to?
Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at storeDeliver a no-pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needsComplete face-to-face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles aligned with customer needsUpsell relevant products and finance where appropriateComplete the handover process with customers, ensuring a high level of customer serviceLiaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service while managing expectations
What do we need from you?
A full UK driving licence is essentialA proven track record of sales or excellent customer serviceExperience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficialExperience selling financial products is beneficial; training will be providedAbility to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quicklyFlexibility to work weekends
