The Property Pod is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. No industry experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and confidence using social media and digital tools.
Role Overview
This position supports both our administration and marketing operations. You will work closely with our sales and property management teams to assist with day-to-day office functions while helping create and publish content across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with creating, editing and publishing content for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
• Design basic marketing materials using Canva
• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and property promotions
• Provide general administrative support, including emails, filing and office organisation
• Help manage online enquiries and customer interactions
• Assist in maintaining a tidy, professional front-of-office presence
• Contribute to team projects, launches and community activities
Requirements
• Confident using Facebook, TikTok and Canva
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high work standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing shopping centre environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
