Overview
In this role, you will:
* Assist participants with applying for NDIS
* Assist participants with understanding their NDIS plans
* Support with basic admin tasks (e.g. organising documents, booking appointments)
* Help connect participants to relevant services and supports
* Provide a friendly, respectful point of contact for questions or guidance
What we\'re looking for
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach
* Understanding of NDIS processes is essential
* Comfortable using email, online forms, and basic tech tools
* Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening may be required

Approx. 1 - 2 per week, depending on need. A commitment of at least 6 months preferred. Availability for in-person or virtual sessions, depending on participant needs
