Roles and Responsibilities
* Food Preparation for Restaurant, Cafe, Sportsbar, Functions, Conferences and Room Service
* Menu Development
* Financial Controls including Wage Percentages, Food Costs & Turnover Targets
* Supplier Relationships and Product Quality
* Stock Control
* Compliance - Food Safety, WHS, IR
The hotel consists of 100 seat restaurant, 150 seat cafe, function room, sports bar, conference centre and accommodation. Meals are offered all day from 7.30am - 10pm, 7 Days.
