* 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth to Pilbara
* Multi state construction Contractor
Manage structural integrity remediation projects from initial setup through to completion for Duratec's tier 1 mining clients.
THE ROLE
* Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
* Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
* Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
* Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
* Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
* Involvement with tendering/estimation
* Raise RFI's and track responses
ABOUT YOU
You are a positive front-line leader and have previous experience of approximately 5 years in an on-site management role along with;
* Experience in brownfield's construction abs structural integrity works in a mining environment
* Understanding of inspection techniques, NDT, and structural analysis
* You can coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of works
* Program and planning skills
* Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control
* Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management
Qualifications and Requirements
* White Card
* Drivers Licence
* Tertiary qualificationin Construction, Engineering or similar industry experience
