**Position Overview**:
As an Human Resources Administrator with HR and HSE compliance responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes while adhering to applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will collaborate closely with the HR and HSE teams, contributing to the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures across the organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with regular audits to assess compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions steps.
- Monitor and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR and HSE compliance activities for management review.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to proactively identify potential compliance issues.
**Requirements**:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health and Safety or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations and willingness to expand your knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR onboarding systems and MS Office Suite
