* Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Evaluate and mitigate risks prior to commencing work, engage stakeholders to control risk, and foster a risk management culture.
* Develop strong stakeholder engagement through proactive communication to inform key personnel.
* Select and train leading hands, ensuring compliance with safety standards, work protocols, and industrial agreements.
