Co-founder Marketing (Equity Shareholder) – Co-Founder & Equity Partner Opportunity | Pixtd Pty Ltd. Pixtd is redefining event-based social sharing with a privacy-focused virtual platform that allows users to capture, share, and interact in real time at private and public events. With no tracking or targeted ads, Pixtd provides a secure, engaging, and interactive experience, incorporating features like private shared photo albums, social engagement tools, and facial recognition (PixtdFind) to enhance every event. We are seeking a Co-Founder & Shareholder to take a leadership role in scaling Pixtd, securing investment, and driving strategic growth. This equity-based opportunity (up to 25% ownership) is ideal for a visionary leader with expertise in marketing, business development, and fundraising to shape Pixtd's future.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Brand Positioning – Define Pixtd's brand identity, audience segmentation, and go-to-market approach
Growth & Customer Acquisition – Develop user acquisition & retention strategies to scale the platform
Campaign Execution & Digital Engagement – Oversee paid advertising, content marketing, influencer outreach, and community-building initiatives
Revenue Strategy & Monetization – Identify and implement monetization models, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships
Investor Readiness & Fundraising – Develop investor pitch decks, storytelling strategies, and lead fundraising efforts
Performance & Business Optimization – Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing, product adoption, and business operations
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in startup growth, business strategy, digital marketing, or investment/fundraising
Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute and scale a tech-driven business
Experience in securing funding, investor relations, and business development
Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, results-driven, and committed to long-term success
Equity Structure & Compensation
This is a shareholder role with equity ownership (up to 25%), vested over time. No salary initially—compensation is structured around company growth, revenue milestones, and funding success.
Equity Breakdown: 2-3% preference shares vested over 4 years (1-year cliff, quarterly vesting thereafter)
Additional 2% preference equity if significant funding ($300K+) is secured
Another 2% preference equity upon securing $300K+ in funding
