We have a fantastic opportunity in our Canberra office, a close-knit group of passionate professionals who genuinely care about each other and the community we serve.
In this diverse role you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will be part of a strong, close team of driven healthcare professionals where you can provide holistic support to clients and occupational rehabilitation services.
Some daily tasks include:
* Case management;
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
* Working with employers and employees to develop workplace education programs;
* Completing assessments using clinical and allied health skills.
Key qualifications include:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Counselling;
* Registration or ASORC Membership;
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Excellent time management and organisational skills;
* Empathy and compassion;
* Patience and resilience;
* A current Driver's License and car with insurance.
