They are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join their Bunbury team on range of committed projects. They are open to someone that is looking to relocate with some relocation assistance on offer.

Key Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
* Commercial building experience with main contractor is essential
* IT savvy with strong MS Office skills, Viewpoint experience is preferred but not essential.
* Proven experience in contract administrator on commercial construction projects.
* You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
