Support Young People in Recovery
This role is an integral part of a team that works with young people to develop skills, confidence, and knowledge to improve their well-being and connections within the community.
As a member of this team, you will draw upon your knowledge and work experience to support young people. Under the direction of the Team Leader, this role forms part of a team that works with other key stakeholders in the ongoing development and effective implementation of regional and program plans.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above in a related field, a current valid driver's license, appropriate IT skills, and satisfactory checks. They will also need to be able to travel for work.
