Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, managing and coaching a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction targets across assigned regions.
Developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans aligned with national objectives to drive commercial performance and business improvement.
Building and maintaining long-term customer partnerships through strong clinical understanding, case support, and solution-based selling.
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy, manage budgets, and initiate corrective actions where required.
Champion a culture of excellence by supporting recruitment, coaching, compliance, and continuous development across the sales organisation.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership peers, the national team and cross-functional partners in marketing, finance, and business excellence.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Candidates with Interventional or Cardiology experience will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business or related fields.
Proven sales experience and people leadership experience in the Medical Technology industry.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into actionable sales plans and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication skills and willingness to be hands-on.
Demonstrated expertise in value-based healthcare, stakeholder engagement, and complex deal negotiation across multiple levels of healthcare organisations.
