Canberra Hand Therapy is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a permanent part-time basis (15–18 hours per week). This role is fast paced and ideal for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and is looking for stable, long-term employment.

At Canberra Hand Therapy, we provide expert rehabilitation for people with hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments
* Processing payments and managing health fund/, third party and medicare claims
* General admin support and office duties
* Keeping our reception area tidy and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, professional, and reliable
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Micrsoft Office, Excel and learning new systems
* An excellent communicator with great customer service skills
* Experienced in reception/admin (experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential)
