Job Description Assist in managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, accounts payable/receivable, and timely payroll processing. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements, while identifying and communicating financial risks to leadership in a timely manner. Develop and maintain budgetary systems and controls, regularly reviewing financial performance and contributing to cost efficiency initiatives. Support the implementation of the College's strategic vision by contributing to long-term financial planning, performance improvement, and sustainability initiatives. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth coordination across non-academic functions such as facilities and transport. Assist in maintaining effective relationships with banks, external auditors, and government bodies Participate in the digitization of financial records, conduct internal audits, and collaborate on enhancing systems that drive both operational and financial efficiency The Successful Applicant CA/ CPA qualification is a must Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the education or not-for-profit sector Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity Communicate adeptly with diverse stakeholders from various backgrounds and sectors.
