Your role
Work you will do as an IT Intern:
* To learn how to handle and manage tickets in Service Now.
* Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as performing technology refresh or Win OS deployments/upgrades.
* To assist in providing technical support for internal end users on their computing hardware and software on an operational basis and ensure the smooth operation of technology.
* Support the team in providing technical guidance to internal users regarding the use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
* Assist in installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows 10 or any other authorized systems.

About you

* Education : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any similar field.
* None required work experience.

* Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
