About you
You are an experienced procurement leader with a strong background in managing complex or regulated purchasing environments. You bring a collaborative approach, attention to compliance, and a commitment to service quality. Your ability to lead change, manage teams, and develop efficient procurement processes makes you a trusted advisor to both operational and academic stakeholders. With strong organisational and communication skills, you balance competing demands while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and accountability.
You will bring
* a tertiary qualification in finance, business administration, or a related field, with at least four years of experience in a similar role;

* strong leadership skills with a focus on client service, workforce planning, and continuous improvement;
* proven ability to manage procurement frameworks that meet compliance, value-for-money, and efficiency objectives;
* sound experience in end-to-end procurement within complex organisations, preferably in the tertiary or public sector;
* knowledge of relevant legislation, ethical sourcing, and risk management in relation to regulated procurement; and
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
