Your New Role
Your role as Capital Works Delivery Manager has been created as a reflection of the organisation's true commitment to providing industry leading campuses and facilities across Australia.
You will oversee the delivery of capital works across the organisation's sites nationally. In balancing hands-on project administration with strategic oversight, key aspects of your role will include:
 * Engaging and overseeing third-party contractors and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet time, WHS, cost and quality requirements
 * Monitor and track project budgets and forecasts at both programme and campus level
 * Coordinate and review capital works approval documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
 * Lead procurement processes for capital works contracts, including drafting and issuing tenders, negotiating contract terms and facilitating contract award
 * Develop and maintain capital works schedules, programmes and tracking tools.
You will be based out of their Sydney Olympic Park office. This is a fantastic role if you're looking to join an established, successful business on a continued growth trajectory with a remit to drive the successful delivery of a large capital works portfolio at a national level.
Your Experience
Along with your strong understanding of capital works delivery, construction process and project lifecycle management, you will bring:
 * Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, architecture or a related field
 * Proven experience delivering capital works projects, preferable in a multi-site or education environment
 * Demonstrated capability in budget management, forecasting and reporting
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with the ability to influence and resolve issues
 * Ability to balance hands-on administration with strategic programme oversight.
