A fast-growing, members-only rewards platform is seeking a commercially-minded and proactive Partnerships Manager to lead the development of its discount partner network and secure bonus items for high-profile prize campaigns. This role is ideal for someone experienced in business development, partnerships, or brand collaborations, particularly in consumer-focused industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage with brands that align with our audience (automotive, outdoor, lifestyle, etc.).
2. Negotiate and secure exclusive discounts to expand our in-app rewards offering.
3. Source bonus items to enhance major prize campaigns — gear, gadgets, and lifestyle perks.
4. Manage a partnerships pipeline from outreach to signed agreements.
5. Collaborate with marketing to create pitch decks, email templates, and promotional materials.
6. Maintain strong partner relationships with ongoing performance tracking and reporting.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and new opportunities in consumer partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
1. 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or brand/affiliate marketing.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
4. Creative thinker with a commercial mindset — capable of bringing value to both sides.
5. Interest or experience in lifestyle, automotive, or outdoor products is a plus.
6. Comfortable working independently and willing to travel occasionally to the Gold Coast HQ.
