Based Bibra Lake - Hybrid role with travel as required - Monday to Friday

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Assist with the review, development and adjustment of course content to meet operational and compliance requirements- Assist site based trainers and VOC verifiers with resolving competency deficiencies in operators- Ensure business compliance with the approved assessment model and report on effectiveness- Review and audit sites to verify all equipment is being captured by the competency training and assessment methodology
**What you'll need to be successful**:
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (required)- Certificate IV Driver Trainer (desirable)- HC Licence- Substantial experience operating relevant equipment- Demonstrable experience in a similar role in waste, transport, logistics or resources- Demonstrated knowledge of equipment operations- Computer literate (comfortable with IPad)
