As a Senior Venue Manager, you will be responsible for driving success and leading a high-performing team in Longreach, QLD. You will oversee daily operations across two venues, manage budgets, ensure compliance with regulatory and health & safety requirements, and foster relationships with the local community.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for hospitality and strong financial acumen. They should have experience as a Senior Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
