Job Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and on boarding candidates.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Recruitment And HR Officer Should Have
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Not For Profit or similar industry.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
