This organisation, a community-owned not-for-profit, is devoted to innovative healthcare solutions in a small town of 900 people. It has expanded from being 'the local aged care' to now providing a medical centre, a home care service, disability support, operation of Killarney swimming pool and other community-based wellness services. The goal is to ensure locals do not have to travel out of town for quality wellness and health services.
They have commenced a four-year Innovative Model of Care program funded by the Federal Government to identify gaps in health services, plug them, and provide holistic and preventative care for every individual in their community. The aim is to foster a climate of innovation and excellence with a skin clinic, a women's health practitioner, allied health providers, and various general practitioners either on-site or via telehealth.

This is an incredible chance to join a multidisciplinary and passionate team delivering holistic primary care services, ideally on a full-time basis. You will encounter a variety of patient challenges daily and enjoy greater autonomy and responsibility. Excellent support from the experienced practice team allows you more time to focus on patient care.

Vocationally registered
AHPRA registered General Practitioner

Salary Information
Base rate and a percentage of takings - negotiable (based on experience and qualifications). Alternatives to a fully salaried position can be negotiated.
Relocation assistance of up to $5,000
NFP salary packaging options – increase take-home pay by up to $30,000 p.a. (pro-rata)
5 weeks' annual leave
