About the Role
As the Boutique Manager, you will take full ownership of this high-traffic Outlet location. You aren't just managing a store; you are building a culture. Your primary focus will be leading and mentoring a team of 8, ensuring that even in a fast-paced outlet setting, every customer receives a premium, elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Develop: Cultivate a solid team of sales advisors, focusing on coaching, performance management, and career growth.
* Customer Experience: Set the gold standard for service, ensuring the team remains focused on clienteling and styling in a high-volume environment.
* Strategic Operations: Manage the complexities of a busy outlet, including high stock turnover and visual merchandising excellence.
* Drive Results: Oversee KPIs, budgets, and store profitability while maintaining team engagement.
* Culture: Foster a collaborative, energetic, and professional atmosphere.
What You'll Receive
* Salary: $72,000 + Super + Attractive Bonus Structure
