Hourly rate: $50-$55 per hour + super. Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

About the Role
As a Senior Property Lease Officer, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, implement, and manage agreements that align with asset management strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lease and licence agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with asset management strategies.
Negotiate and implement agreements that optimise property portfolio performance.
Oversee Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and co-location arrangements.
Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on property-related matters.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with government standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
Proven ability to develop, review, negotiate, and implement agreements aligned with strategic and operational goals.
Experience managing LTOs, MOUs, and co-location arrangements within a government or corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and government property frameworks.
