About the Role
Join the Rural Support Service (RSS) as a Senior Service Design Consultant and help shape the future of health service delivery across country South Australia. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead operational and service planning, support evidence-based rural health reform, and work collaboratively with regional LHNs. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert planning support to regional LHNs through the RSS, ensuring alignment with statewide priorities.
* Analyse data and trends to deliver evidence-based insights that inform rural service design and reform.
* Facilitate clinician and community engagement to ensure services reflect local needs and priorities.
* Develop high-quality service plans, reports, and business cases that influence future health delivery in country SA.
