About the role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Golden City Medical Clinic in Bendigo, VIC 3550. This is a full time / part time position, offering a flexible and rewarding work environment.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival
* Scheduling appointments
* Answering and managing incoming phone calls
* Preparing accurate patient accounts and processing payment
* Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Assisting with general office administration and clerical duties
* Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in medical environment is highly preferred
* Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to details
* Friendly and passionate about serving patients
* Proficient in using medical software and computer systems
* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
