We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Darwin NT team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities, ensuring timely and quality repairs, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Maintain the WHS management system to ensure site safety
* Report and record safety incidents or near misses promptly
* Follow all environmental policies and procedures

1. Work Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members adhere to strict health and safety protocols, maintain accurate records, and report any incidents or near misses.
2. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide outstanding service to clients, respond promptly to their queries, and build strong relationships with work providers.
3. Quality and Vehicle Management: Oversee the entire repair process, from initial inspection to final delivery, ensuring that vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition.
4. Production Workshop Management: Optimize workshop production, manage vehicle flow, and implement efficient processes to minimize downtime.
5. P&L, Reporting, and Administration: Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and prepare accurate submissions on time.
6. Leadership and People Management: Foster a positive team culture, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and development.
