About The Role
We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join a not-for-profit organisation. This is a broad role where you'll be involved in a variety of accounting functions, playing a key part in supporting our mission.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing credit card processing and reconciliation.
* Handling capital expenditure (capex) accounting.
* Preparing and processing accounting journals.
* Assisting with treasury functions.
* Overseeing the accounting for car purchasing and fleet.
* Contributing to general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures.

You're a detail-oriented and adaptable accounting professional ready to contribute to a meaningful cause.
You'll Have
* Experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
* Familiarity with the duties outlined above, including credit card processing, capex, journal entries, and treasury functions.
* A solid understanding of accounting principles.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
