About the role
Kilsyth Medical Centre is seeking a qualified Division 1 Nurse to join our dedicated team in Kilsyth, Victoria. This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to provide excellent patient care and contribute to the smooth operation of our medical practice.
What you'll be doing
* Providing high- quality nursing care to patients, completing health assessments and care plans, dressing wounds, assisting patients with Iron Infusion and administrating Immunisation for children and adults
* Collaborating with doctors to develop and implement patient treatment plans
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and practices
* Assisting with the coordination of patient appointments and flow within the practice
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our medical services
What we're looking for
* Registered Division 1 Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
* Assisting in procedures
* Certificate of Immunisation and CPR
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a general medical
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and have 1 year experience to use Best Premier (Best Practice)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
* A commitment to providing high- quality patient- centred care
* Candidates must have valid work rights in Australia
