Job Title: Store Operations Assistant
This role involves managing the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery to the catering team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately record and receipt all deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
* Manage stock levels in the store to ensure optimal inventory turnover and minimal waste.
* Coordinate with the catering team to ensure the availability of necessary goods and materials.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding food safety, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Current Forklift/Work at Heights licenses are essential.
* A basic understanding of halal policies and procedures would be advantageous.
* Good knowledge of general work health and safety principles is required.
* General knowledge of warehousing and storage procedures is essential.
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills are necessary for effective communication and documentation.
* Excellent organizational skills are critical for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
