Account Manager – Industrial
Workforce Extensions Launceston provides high-quality, reliable staff to the Industrial and Aged Care sectors across Tasmania. We're expanding our Industrial division and are looking for a motivated individual to help drive growth, build relationships, and find great people for great workplaces.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining recruitment, client engagement, and compliance.
You'll work closely with the business owner and have genuine input into shaping the direction of the division as we grow towards our FY26 goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding quality industrial candidates (factory, warehousing, logistics, trades, admin).
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses.
* Conducting site visits, safety checks, and compliance documentation.
* Managing job adverts, candidate databases, and pre-employment screening.
* Supporting daily operations and assisting with rostering when required.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have experience in recruitment, account management, or sales (labour hire or staffing experience highly regarded).
* Are confident engaging with clients, building trust, and delivering solutions.
* Have strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
* Hold a current driver's licence and can visit client sites when needed.
