**Job Overview:**
An Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining general office administrative processes and procedures to support business and discipline tasks.
The role involves providing holistic administrative support to local office disciplines to meet service objectives, coordinating with the Business Support Partner to ensure a consistent approach, and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security as required.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Develop and implement effective administrative systems, improving efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC), which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
* Completion of the RRHAN–EC Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, updated every three years.
**Remuneration Details:**$58,709 - $63,154 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
