Key Responsibilities
* Achieves the maximum effectiveness of assigned Specialists / Officers through the use of supervisory skills and coordination of efforts within the Section.
* Plans and controls the team's daily to weekly activities to optimize productivity and efficiency in accordance with the priorities set by the Department Head and Division Manager's direction.
* Leads team on identification of the strategic and enterprise initiatives.
* Coaches, counsels, guides, and motivates team members to improve collaboration and to develop his/her team members' skills.
* Provides support to the Division and Department's goals and objectives.
* Establishes rapport and partnership with stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the conduct of quality assurance inspections.
* Provides analysis and standardizes performance metrics for strategic and enterprise programs and initiatives.
* Utilizes high levels of expertise and extensive practical experience for disposition of highly complex concerns with maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Section Responsibilities SECTION SUPERVISION
Supervises the strategic and enterprise initiatives coordination section in terms of targets, deliverables, performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of his/her direct reports.
STRATEGIC AND ENTERPRISEINITIATIVES
Ensures the identification, planning, execution and monitoring of strategic and enterprise initiatives as aligned to the company's targets.
TECHNICALEXPERTISE
Provides expert knowledge and skills in the fields of business excellence associated with the company's assets, facilities, operations, and activities in line with the strategy and overall direction of the CCO.
SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE
Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering or Management course preferably Post-Graduate Degree Holder
* With at least 4 years relevant experience in implementing process improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance and exposure to business development programs; manpower supervision with appropriate knowledge in stakeholder relationship management; and operations experience
* Comprehensive knowledge in Project Management, IMS, ISO standards including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000);
