We are looking for a Quality Professional to deliver quality management objectives across the region. The role can be based in most GHD offices across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization by providing trusted advice and guidance.
* Identify opportunities to collaborate with business disciplines and operations to strengthen quality culture, drive change, and promote a positive impact.
* Partner with project delivery, finance, health safety environment, and client services to integrate quality management practices across all functions, ensuring excellence and accountability.
* Work closely with project delivery to enhance understanding and conduct investigations into trends and findings from themed and project audits, recommending solutions for improvement.
* Lead enterprise and regional quality initiatives, promoting a culture of quality excellence, and driving quality forward.
* Coordinate local efforts to maintain GHD's ISO 9001 certification, ensuring ongoing compliance and performance.
