Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage projects, handle customer service, and ensure quality management in our organisation.

About the Role:
* Management of project data entry including:
o Project setup
o Work breakdown phases setup and management
o Fee proposals and acceptance attached to the project
* Customer service and answering customer-related queries and booking of site inspections
* ISO 9001 Quality Management System - Operational Components - managing documents for risk register and document control register
* Other administration duties as required for project coordination
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in Microsoft Office software
* 5 years' minimum experience working in an office environment
* Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Ability to liaise with various stakeholders
* Great time management skills, organised and ability to prioritise
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in a Professional Services business
* Business administration or project administration qualifications advantageous
* Experience using project management system Totally Synergy, Simpro, SAP or similar
* Experience in project administration, engineering, or construction industry
