Salary & Benefits
Pay: $34.53 – $54.10 per hour. Salary packaging and casual loading on top of hourly rate.
About This Role
As a casual Pharmacist you will deliver high‐quality pharmacy services across clinical and operational streams at our Horsham and/or Stawell campuses on a flexible, casual basis. You will be part of a supportive, team‐driven environment that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
* Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
* Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other staff
* Active contribution to pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
Qualifications
* Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
* Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
