Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will connect businesses in need of talent with job seekers. Your responsibilities include:
Actively pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Understanding recruitment needs and providing strategic advice for the best candidate matches.
Negotiating terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships.
Staying ahead of market trends and becoming an industry expert.
Attracting top talent through effective engagement strategies.
Guiding clients and candidates through interviews and offers for a seamless experience.
Collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve results.
We are especially interested in applicants focusing on Procurement & Supply Chain, and Specialist Engineering, but open to great candidates in other areas.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven B2B track record.
Career changers interested in recruitment, especially with experience in Procurement, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
Sales professionals with at least 12 months of experience and transferable skills.
