The Opportunity: This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key part in supporting our Goodstart Early Learning Cleaning Team by coordinating essential admin, reporting, and contractor management tasks. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (full time). What we offer our team: Work in a modern, custom-designed office with secure onsite parking Enjoy hybrid flexibility – work from home 2 days a week Career growth through our extensive learning and development programs Access to discounts from major Australian retailers through our Discounts Hub Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate tasks and support the delivery of the GSEL Cleaning Contract Track contractor performance, inspections, work orders, and compliance Manage ad-hoc cleaning requests, budget tracking, and invoice accuracy Provide high-quality admin support including reporting, data entry, and documentation Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues You will be required to have: Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
