Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student‐focused Teacher for our Business & Information Technology team.

About The Role

As a teacher in Business, Leadership and Project Management (Business & Information Technology), your key responsibilities include:

* Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners
* Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements
* Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions in a variety of innovative and adaptive ways, using technology, including Moodle, to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles
* Proactively support the effective use of Chisholm learning resources and meet student needs by increasing the use of blended learning options, workplace or offsite delivery and mobile technologies
* Assess and correct student work in accordance with the Chisholm's guidelines and standards
* Undertake a range of administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught
* Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.

About You

You are a highly motivated individual with well‐developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.

Qualifications Required For The Role

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015
* A Relevant or Equivalent Industry VET Qualification(s) in any of the following:
* Certificate III in Business
* Certificate III in Business Administration
* Certificate IV in Business
* Diploma of Business Administration
* Certificate IV in Business
* Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
* Diploma of Business
* Diploma of Leadership and Management
* Diploma of Human Resource Management
* Diploma of Project Management
* Advanced Diploma of Business
* Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
* A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver
* A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
