About the Role
COLAC Port Adl is seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our leadership team ahead of our grand opening. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue that celebrates the best of Australian food and beverage. As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading the floor team, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you'll oversee front-of-house staff, manage service during busy shifts, and step in to resolve any issues as they arise. You'll assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and work closely with both the kitchen and management teams to maintain consistency and quality. You'll also help train and mentor staff, ensuring high standards are met across the board.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone with at least two years of experience in a similar supervisory or management role. You should be confident leading a team, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a positive and professional work environment. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of hospitality operations (including rostering, stock control, and customer service) are essential.
