The HR Systems Administrator is an integral support function to the business and works to ensure our team members have a seamless and efficient experience with the systems they interact with on a daily basis.
We are very excited to welcome another superstar to our team where we are passionate about what we do, we work hard (it can be pretty fast paced) but have a laugh too and we are really proud of the team we have built.
The Opportunity...
* Support the development and maintenance of Petstock Groups HR and communication platforms
* Enhancing best in class HR systems such as Workday, WorkJam & Culture Amp
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner
* Seek out team member feedback on their experience with our systems to prioritise meaningful improvements
* Develop learning material to help team members get the most out of our systems
* Work closely with a supportive team that collaborates well to find innovative solutions
If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or suitable experience.
* 1 year experience in a HR Admin role
* Demonstrated experience with Workday or the administration of another HRIS platform
* You're organised, efficient and can prioritise conflicting objectives
* You're a people person who knows the importance of providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
