Customer Service Representative Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers in our Community Bank branch. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements
* Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
* Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes us different.
* Drive for collaboration and a team-oriented mindset.
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
