As the Concierge, you will provide visitors, management, and staff with a welcoming, friendly, efficient, and superior front-of-house service, along with administrative support as the first point of contact for all visitors to Great Southern Bank’s head office in Brisbane.
You will be based in Brisbane within the Corporate Services team, part of the Operations division of Great Southern Bank.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Welcoming visitors to the office
* Facilitating event coordination with hospitality management
* Ensuring conference rooms are stocked and tidy
* Assisting with meeting room bookings as required
* Receiving courier deliveries and managing mail
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Customer service experience in a corporate environment, including room and visitor management
* Experience in event coordination and/or hospitality
* Experience in a front-of-house role managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
* Sound knowledge of administrative and office procedures
