We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative professional to join our team as an In Work Mentor. This role involves coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces.
As an In Work Mentor, you will be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace. You will build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers, and create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
* An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
* Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
