The Role
As our BDM, you’ll be the face of our growth strategy, responsible for:
* Developing new referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, financial planners, buyers agents and other industry professionals.
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.
* Providing tailored advice on our award-winning property management services.
* Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
* Collaborating with our property management team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
* Staying informed about the local rental market to provide expert advice.
