The Allied Health Manager will spearhead the operational delivery of allied health services, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centric care across St John of God Richmond Hospital.
* Lead the day-to-day operations of allied health services, ensuring seamless alignment with divisional objectives and the delivery of connected, patient-focused care.
* Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to support high-quality clinical services and productivity targets.
* Maintain ongoing oversight of financial and performance indicators, taking proactive steps to address variances and drive continuous improvement.
* Utilize advanced clinical expertise to inform service development, evaluation, and enhancement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with senior clinical leaders to achieve clinical and business goals, promoting a cohesive approach to service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and future growth of allied health services, including service expansion and diversification initiatives.
* Provide clinical leadership and participate in safety, quality, and governance activities, ensuring incident reporting, investigation, and risk reduction best practices are upheld.
