The Opportunity
Join our team as a Leadership Design Specialist, where your skills in developing modern and practical learning materials, programs, and playlists will directly support our leadership development initiatives. You’ll focus on creating modular learning that can be readily adapted and deployed by our global learning teams - ensuring content is easy to use, well-communicated, and immediately applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging learning experiences that support immediate application in the flow of work, promote collaboration and peer learning, and build future-of-work capabilities.
- Develop and produce clear, concise learning materials including self-learning guides, facilitator guides, toolkits, digital assets and AI augmented learning experiences, tailored to early- and mid-career leaders.
- Curate and update playlists for self-directed learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are relevant, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse global audiences.
- Support the global operationalisation of learning programs and experiences through co-creation of communications templates, delivery guides and practical resources.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous growth and development by making learning resources practical, engaging, technology-enabled and easy to adapt and operationalise.
About You
To be successful, you will be a creative and practical learning designer with a passion for developing leadership capability, particularly for early- to mid-career leaders. You excel at meeting learning needs through engaging, scalable learning experiences that focus on practical application and have clear, meaningful impact.
You will have:
- Experience developing learning materials, toolkits, and digital resources for leadership development, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Strong capability in operationalising learning programs, including communications, templates, playbooks, and LMS support.
- Understanding of adult learning and experience design, with a focus on translating outcomes into practical, engaging learner experiences.
- Curiosity and interest in emerging learning technologies and trends shaping leadership development.
- Solid communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate diverse stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, agile environment.
