Copilot and Change Consultant
Your Role
* Plan, design, and lead Day in a life workshops to map personas, scenarios, pain points, and Copilot/M365 opportunities.
* Deliver role based Copilot and Microsoft 365 training (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Outlook, Purview).
* Build and iterate Copilot Studio agents (topics, actions, connectors) to address prioritised scenarios.
* Create enablement assets (playbooks, cheat sheets, learning paths, videos, labs).
* Establish adoption and value measurement (usage analytics, time saved, sentiment/NPS).
* Partner with security, compliance, and data owners to align trainings and agents with policy and risk controls.
* Support enablement for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and integration with Copilot Studio.
* Coordinate change communications and champion networks.

Your Profile
* 2-3 years in change and adoption, training/enablement, and digital adoption.
* Proven experience facilitating workshops, including day in a life formats.
* Hands on experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 training and prompt engineering.
* Practical experience building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents.
* Strong instructional design capabilities.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Power Platform.
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
* Required Skills: M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Change and Adoption, change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP),
* Familiarity with responsible AI guidelines and governance.
* Optional Skills:
* Qualifications/Certifications: Microsoft certifications (MS 900, Teams/SharePoint fundamentals), Copilot
