About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Bene St Paul's in Hahndorf. In this part-time permanent role, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. You will:
Deliver clinical care tailored to residents' individual health, safety, and wellbeing needs
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Uphold aged care standards, AHPRA requirements, and Bene’s care policies.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursing role (aged care preferred)
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
A commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and respect
Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Skills
Italian-speaking ability (highly regarded, but not essential)
Post-basic qualifications in aged care
